On "Black Friday," the day after Thanksgiving, Rotaract joined forces with Rotarian Ted Loebenburg for the Buy Nothing Day Free Coat Exchange.  This was the first year for the exchange to take place in Louisville.  The simple plan is that on one day, people who have an extra coat (or coats) bring them, and those who need a coat take a coat.  Over 600 coats were given away in just 4 hours.  This simple yet impactful event will be continued next year with hopes of adding more exchange locations in the city.
